Convenience
With Drive Mounter Free, you don't need to worry about your network drives disconnecting. The software will keep them where they should be. The app can be run automatically on start up and when your computer wakes from sleep, or you can have it only operate when you manually tell it to. It works on both LAN and WiFi, and can even detect changes in WiFi connections to ensure it stay on top of things.
Some Issues
While Drive Mounter Free is, well, free, it does contain some pretty egregious promotion for the paid version. It also seems to struggle with partitioned drives; not always recognising all the partitions on one physical drive. Furthermore, it can be inconsistent in connecting drives. Still, as it's free and not feature limited, you may want to give it a try regardless.
